Towson Row is a 1.2 million SF mixed-use destination providing the Towson, MD community with a place to live, stay, play, shop, eat, and drink. Gilbane Development Company developed two of the three blocks (five acres) within Towson Row – Altus and The York, which features a new Whole Foods Market, ground floor retail, and 44 structured parking spaces. Both projects feature a robust amenities package which includes a clubroom, fitness center, computer lounge, study rooms, game room, and amenity terrace.

- Developed as a joint venture between Greenberg Gibbons, who is serving as Master Developer and spearheading student housing (with Gilbane), hotel, and retail, and Caves Valley Partners, who is leading office
- Features a 100,000 SF of restaurant/retail including a new Whole Foods Market, 150,000 SF of office space, two Hilton-branded hotels, 1,465 parking spaces within two garages and a warm, inviting central plaza and vibrant streetscape
