How a Facilities Management Assessment works
Gilbane has a standardized process for collecting and formatting data for building closeout and turnover. Our FM Assessment is an efficient way to identify and prioritize a facility’s unique operational requirements. This early alignment leads to many benefits, reducing the time, effort, and resources required by project teams for turnover and closeout by focusing on efficiency. Improving the overall end deliverable, focusing on the data analytics, formatted, and delivered according to the client’s preference.
In addition, FMS will deliver a report/overview of the facility’s FM system, suggest potential areas of improvement as well as preventive maintenance recommendations. In the case of a new building, FMS will also provide our clients with estimated manpower requirements to perform preventive maintenance at the facility.
