Through the 1Form, subcontractors can prequalify with any CM/GC who participates with COMPASS.
To complete the prequalification process, you will need:
- Financial Statements
- Experience Modification Rating (EMR)
- OSHA 300/300A Forms
- References for Bank, Bonding Agent, and Insurance Company
- Project References
