The York
Student-oriented apartment community above Whole Foods Market within Towson Row, walking distance of Towson University
In a joint venture with Greenberg Gibbons, we developed The York, an eight-story, 442-bed housing community geared toward the student, graduate, and young professional located above the new Whole Foods Market within Towson Row. Towson Row is a transformational mixed-use project that includes Gilbane’s Altus student housing development as well as retail, two hotels, office space, and apartments. Its location, 3/10th of a mile from Towson University and near downtown Towson, is an ideal option for upper-class and graduate students.
