Morgan State University Thurgood Marshall Hall

New dorms inspire growth and expansion, paying tribute to Supreme Court Justice

Gilbane, in association with WarrenBuilds, provided construction management at-risk services for the construction of a new $75 million, 168,000 SF student housing and dining complex for Morgan State University. Named in tribute to the first African American Supreme Court Justice, this new student housing and dining complex was financed, designed, constructed, and operated through an alternative delivery model managed by MEDCO – the Maryland Economic Development Corporation.
