Phased construction keeps venue operational, maximizing revenues; Expedited schedule achieved completion three months early

Formerly the Dunkin’ Donuts Center and the Providence Civic Center, the Amica Mutual Pavilion is home to the Providence College basketball team and the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League. Gilbane provided phased renovation completely overhauling the facility including reconfiguration and replacement of all seating, the addition of luxury boxes, installation of a new video scoreboard and upgrades to nearly all amenities provided for patrons, athletes and performers. Our team’s phasing plan delivered quality, results, and very visible improvements to meet important dates for the facility’s ticket-selling schedule.
