AVE Normandy and AVE Constitution provide critical housing at the Philadelphia Navy Yard

AVE Normandy will offer 267 units and is the first multifamily project to break ground at the Navy Yard. It will also include 75,000 SF of indoor and outdoor resident amenity space and 26,000 SF of space for restaurants and retail. AVE Constitution and AVE Normandy are part of AVE Navy Yard, a $285 million mixed-use development.
