AVE Constitution and AVE Normandy lead the first privately developed residential projects at the Philadelphia Navy Yard

AVE Constitution will offer 367 units, with 92 deed-restricted units with rents affordable to those making 60% to 120% of the annual median income in the area. It will also include 75,000 SF of indoor and outdoor resident amenity space and 26,000 SF of space for restaurants and retail. AVE Constitution and AVE Normandy are part of AVE Navy Yard, a $285 million mixed-use development.
