High-profile renovation of commerical tower in Jersey City
The renovation of three floors of 30 Hudson Street included a fully customized tenant-fit-out providing a global headquarters office space for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical firm. The renovation included floors 32-34 of the Goldman Sachs building, totaling 87,000 SF.
Project Overview
- Includes an executive suite consisting of the CEO’s office, boardroom, restrooms with shower and smaller work points; an interconnecting staircase across three floors; assembly space; and flexible high-tech conference rooms
- Used as the “model buyout” from WeWork as a standardized process moving forward
- During the height of the COVID pandemic, the project team utilized a 360° camera to give real-time updates and provide virtual walkthroughs to both the architects and client teams allowing for real-time input and solutions to resolve any concerns without the need for being on site
