Gilbane is providing construction management at-risk services with JV partner Massaro for a new arena and sports performance complex for the University of Pittsburgh.
Project Overview
- Multi-purpose arena will be the home for volleyball, gymnastics, and wrestling
- The building will feature locker rooms, coach’s offices, and customized practice spaces for all three programs
- The building will include space on upper levels for conditioning, sports medicine, and athletic training
- 25,000 SF of cutting-edge equipment and space for strength and conditioning instruction
- Contemporary sports medicine facility, making prehab and rehab more accessible
