Gilbane provided construction management services for the new Central Energy Plant Expansion and Substation Replacement at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida. The substation replacement was completed in four sequential phases and consisted of replacing existing substation equipment housed on the second floor of the existing central energy plant which currently powers all the chillers for the hospital.
