Delivering 21st-century student learning experience, state-of-the-art Technology, and Career and Technical (CTE) labs
Gilbane provided construction management services for a new 300,000-SF high school situated on a 95-acre greenfield site. The project was designed to accommodate a student population of 2,500 and allows officials the ability to increase capacity by simply adding classroom space in the future.
Project Overview
- The project consisted of multipurpose classrooms, an administration building, a performing arts center, music classrooms, a media center, a cafeteria, a gymnasium, an auditorium, playing fields, off-site improvements and a field house
- The CTE labs included robotics, allied nursing, TV broadcasting, agriculture and engineering as well as the District’s first automotive technology academy
The high school was designed to meet the needs of today’s 21st century student with state-of-the art technology and specialized career and technical (CTE) labs.
