Utilizing various value engineering strategies, our team saved Orlando Health Central over $1.4 million on the 110-bed, greenfield skilled nursing facility project with amenity spaces and administrative offices. The facility provides compassionate Alzheimer’s care and family support in an attractive and secure setting. The project was thoughtfully designed to stay away from the typical hospital “look” in order to feel more like a luxury rehabilitation hotel for its patients, whom they prefer to call “residents.”
