Gilbane is currently constructing a new 365,000-SF hospital situated on a 65-acre campus in Venice, Florida. The scope of work for this acute care hospital entails 110-private patient rooms, including 10-obstetric (LDRP) suites, 80-adult medical/surgical beds, and eight OR suites. The new hospital facility will also include 28-treatment rooms in the Emergency Care Center.
