Four-story renovations project safely completed in occupied building
Gilbane provided construction management services for the renovation of four floors for OREC Securities.
Project Overview
- 65,000-SF, four-story renovation of the sixth, seventh, eighth, and ninth floors
- Project is located in downtown Columbus in a 26-story, high-rise building at the axis of the city
- Consisted of five phases including an integral addition to the monumental stairwell connecting the eighth and ninth floors
- Project included coordination to temporarily re-locate existing tenants
- Scope included cutting in and installing large I-beams for the new monumental stair
Gilbane completed this project on time over five phases.
