New LEED Gold headquarters reflects company’s sustainability commitment

Global luxury group Kering moved its New Jersey operations to a new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters inspired by its French roots. The new offices, and supporting spaces, are located in a warehouse and feature conference and meeting rooms, common areas, and a café to support 300 employees. Kering is committed to sustainability and a work environment that supports a healthy workplace life and the project achieved LEED Gold Commercial Interiors V4 standards.

Project Overview

  • Extensive MEP infrastructure upgrades were required and included four rooftop HVAC units and an emergency generator support the full-service office building
  • Mezzanine level flows into the café which overlooks an adjacent golf course through 24-foot-tall windows
  • Windows also line the length of the building bringing natural light throughout the space
