The building will total more than 1.2 million SF and consist of office space, an above and below-grade parking structure, tunnel connections, outdoor gardens and terraces on level 12, networking spaces, a full-service conference facility, fitness center, and a dramatic lobby with influence from the hospitality sector, among other amenities.

This forty-seven story tower and the future global headquarters for Hines was designed specifically with the tenant experience in mind to create an energizing and creative environment
Offers tenants outdoor gardens and terraces, networking, training and collaboration spaces, full-service conference facility, fitness center and a coffee-to-cocktail bar with space for a 6,400 SF restaurant and outdoor seating
Designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners, the building is built to the highest standards and Ivanhoé Cambridge have ever developed in Houston, including LEED® Platinum, WiredScore and WELL™ Building Standards
