Project Overview

• Outpatient services, including both diagnostic and testing services and other support services
• Diagnostic and testing services, including a procedure center, ambulatory surgery, endoscopy, outpatient imaging, women’s imaging, MRI, non-invasive diagnostic cardiology, nuclear medicine, cardiac/pulmonary rehab, heart failure center, neuro diagnostics, oncology, outpatient observation, rehabilitation services, ambulatory care, and wound care
• Support services including case management, education, home health/hospice, pain management center, respiratory therapy, and sleep laboratory
• Gilbane identified 1,700 issues in an IDC review and performed compliance checks, resulting in savings of nearly $1.7 million
• The team also worked with the client and design team to integrate the design and construction phases to manage the aggressive construction schedule effectively
• The building systems team utilized design-assist for the mechanical and electrical trades, enabling issues to be identified early before construction documents were finalized
