Gilbane provided construction management services for the new proton therapy treatment facility for Baptist Health South Florida at the Miami Cancer Institute – one of only a handful of proton therapy centers in the country and the first in South Florida.

- Outpatient ambulatory facility comprised of 47,000-SF of Proton Treatment space, with 1 Cyclotron, 3 Rotational Gantry Treatment rooms
- Related PTEV support service spaces, and an additional fit out for 25,000-SF of clinical support space
- Extensive M/E/P Coordination and BIM modeling
