Avon Public Library Expansion
Avon Branch Library expands to serve community needs
Gilbane provided construction management services for the Avon Library Branch project. The scope of the project included renovations to the existing library and a new 16,000-SF addition to accommodate for new programming as well as increased parking.

- Renovations to the existing 10,000 SF library built in 1994
- 16,000-SF addition for new programming for children and youth programming
- Reading Garden, drive-up window, expanded meeting rooms, and technology upgrades
