As the builder of the original 1986-era 11-story building with three floors below-grade parking and a mechanical penthouse, Gilbane was the ideal choice for this transformation into a Class A life science R&D and office facility. This project revitalizes the building that was once home to the largest WeWork co-working office. Located adjacent to South Station, the tight urban site boasts easy access to the MBTA, Commuter Rail, Mass Pike, and Route 93.

- Upgrades to key building infrastructure and modernizing the MEP systems
- Provide a pH neutralization system, compressed air, and vacuum systems available in every lab on every floor
- Lobby renovation and addition of 4,100 SF of retail/restaurant space
- New retail suite for a full-service restaurant
