“It was apparent from the first construction meeting that I attended that each Gilbane team member took pride in their work and was dedicated to providing the highest quality facility possible. These bi-weekly meetings were always focused on particular stages of the project and always included a look-ahead at our timeline for completion. Many times, during these meetings, I was given project updates and asked to give my input. The team always concluded the meetings with a tour of the school. During facility tours, if any concerns arose, the team would focus on a solution to remedy the issue.”
