Conduct a study to determine the feasibility of planning, designing, financing, constructing and furnishing a much-needed,124-bed apartment style student residence hall for Garrett College, a rapidly expanding two-year institution in western Maryland.
During the first phase of the project, we worked with Niles Bolton Associates and M&T Bank as design and financing partners, respectively. We were later retained to develop this facility on a privatized turnkey basis.
