The Mission

Consolidate several office functions into one central property to accommodate the steady growth of American Management Systems (AMS). The project required the expertise to create, build and properly manage this new corporate headquarters.

The Solution

In less than two years, we designed and constructed a ten-story, 260,000 SF facility with a 460-space parking garage that fulfilled AMS’s corporate objectives. Throughout construction, we maintained a fast-track project schedule, and were able to meet scheduling benchmarks and deliver the finished building early. Our single-source ability to provide ownership, development and construction solutions gave AMS the flexibility it needed to implement future alternative office schemes for the company’s ever-changing work patterns.

Thanks to our team’s collaborative expertise in planning, the facility was occupied by 2,200 AMS employees upon opening.
