Technology is everchanging and influencing the construction process and the nature of the markets served by the construction industry. New technologies are allowing for innovative steps such as recycling of new materials, 3D printing of entire buildings, precise surveying from remote locations through drones, and wearable tech that is keeping our on-site teams safe. One of the greatest technical impacts is improved management methods and automation. Construction design continues to see increased sophistication in the conceptual phase and real-time data communication networks to support project management, scheduling, budgeting and estimating.

Hi Wendell,
Good Sharing. Yes, I can see our team using more wearable at the site. example: Apple watch.
1. Apple Watch detects that the decibel level has risen to a point where hearing could be affected, it can notify the user with a tap on the wrist.
2. Fitness tracking (calories, exercise minutes, standing)
3. Detect a fall and alert emergency services.
4. And detect when I am washing my hands and automatically start a 20-sec countdown timer.
Any many more features that apply to the construction industry.
