The Waters at Ocotillo

Develop and Master Plan eight parcels on 73 acres of land in Chandler, AZ within the heart of the Ocotillo neighborhood

After purchasing the land, Gilbane Development Company began working with the Ocotillo Homeowners Association, City officials, local planners and professionals, as well as the owner of the adjacent land. This master planned development includes the Gilbane-developed Orbital Sciences office building, Arista at Ocotillo, and Almeria at Ocotillo. The Waters at Ocotillo features 162 acres of interconnected lakes, a 27-hole Ted Robinson-designed championship golf course, pedestrian walkways and bike paths, and spacious park areas.
