Luxury living community near Ocotillo Golf Course in South Chandler, AZ
After acquiring the land and receiving PAD zoning for a mixed-use development, we developed two of the eight total parcels that comprise the master-planned Waters at Ocotillo in South Chandler, Arizona into a luxury, 389-unit market-rate apartment community. The site features a canal and lake system, which is unique to the area, and is adjacent to a 27-hole golf course designed by Ted Robinson.

- The lake is part of Ocotillo Lake system – comprised of 162-acres of interconnected lakes and water features – which use reclaimed and reprocessed City of Chandler wastewater
