Construction management at-risk services for the T. Marzetti Allen Dairy Packaging Expansion and Renovation project which included a new 17,430-SF dry warehouse facility, new fire sprinkler lines throughout the existing 49,200 SF existing manufacturing facility, the relocation of the existing cook room to a new expanded cook room, and upgrades with ADA compliance to the employee areas.

Project Overview

Phase one included construction of a 17,430 SF dry warehouse facility housing two new filling/packaging machines, including connections of all process piping, addition of a new electrical service and new fire pump that connects to a new fire sprinkler system
Phase two included installation of new fire sprinkler lines throughout the existing 49,200 SF manufacturing facility, including in-rack sprinkler system in the warehouse areas
Phase three included the relocation of the existing cook room to a new expanded cook room, which includes five cook/mixing kettles and all associated process piping, process controls, and wash-down equipment
Phase four included upgrades to and ADA compliance to the employee areas such as entrance, bathrooms, and break rooms
