A new neighborhood is taking shape at Sovren in Hyattsville, MD

Gilbane is developing Sovren, a five-story transit-oriented multifamily community that features 293 apartments including units affordable at 80% of the area median income (AMI), about approximately 2,500 SF of retail in the first phase of the larger Riverfront at West Hyattsville development. It is located on a 3.5-acre parcel at Ager Road and Little Branch Run, adjoining the local Washington Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Metro Station and the Northwest Branch Anacostia River.
