Massive site development paves the way for new semiconductor manufacturing site

Gilbane led the diverse Ohio-based team, including partners McDaniel’s Construction Corp., Northstar Contracting Inc., and GTSA Construction Consulting, in managing the excavation work for two new leading-edge chip factories in Ohio. Identifying significant project goals to maximize diverse participation in all project phases, Gilbane successfully launched a coordinated outreach program to achieve the program’s business and workforce goals.
