Gilbane provided construction management services for a new community center owned by the city and operated by the YMCA. The 70,000-SF, two-story facility includes administrative offices, community rooms, a fitness center, a gymnasium, an indoor and outdoor aquatic center, and additional space that contains a new outpatient clinic owned and operated by OhioHealth.
