New state-of-the-art headquarters for IoT leader
Gilbane provided construction management services for PTC’s global headquarters relocation to Boston’s Seaport District. The 250,000-SF, nine-floor office space includes an executive suite level, Client Experience Center (CXC), roof-top terrace, café areas, conference rooms, and general office space.

- A few highlights of the project are the maker’s spaces, podcast studio and associated production studio
- The top floor remains the main attraction for visitors, categorized by the Client Experience Center (CXC) which includes interactive exhibits lining the main corridor of the space and divisible conference rooms along the perimeter
