21st century learning environment delivered for future generations

Gilbane provided construction management services for the addition to the existing high school to house 575 K-6 students and a total of 639 occupants; the facility also includes two new gymnasiums, several conference rooms, K-6 classrooms; a separate innovation wing with 21st century design characteristics; a portion of the project included the renovation of existing classroom spaces as well as a complete repair and repaving of the existing high school parking lot.

Scope of work also included complete abatement and demolition of the existing elementary and middle school buildings to prepare the site for future use
Security features include a vestibule with protective glass, security cameras, an intercom, and doors that lock remotely providing a single point of entry for visitors
28 security cameras placed throughout the building, which are actively monitored at all times
