Single-source real estate delivery on an accelerated schedule with non-traditional finacing
Gilbane developed a state-of-the-art, 158,000 SF, five-story county government center with 418-car garage for Loudoun County. The project involved consolidating scattered operations into two locations and included a capitalization plan using tax-exempt bonds, which created over $1 million in total annual savings.
Gilbane assessed the client’s needs, prioritized their objectives and developed a master plan that was in keeping with the architecture of the neighboring historical district. The resulting building features multi-textured, colored brick a detailed cornice that lends character and softness to the façade, and a landscaped plaza between the building and parking garage. The new center was also planned to accommodate future expansion of 112,00 SF with additional parking, as required.
