Upgrades home run for Cleveland Guardians fans
Gilbane provided design-build services for the Cleveland Guardians Progressive Field Club Lounge project. This was a prominent project to be completed in time for the 2019 MLB All Star game, which was held in Cleveland.
Project Overview
- Area serves season ticket holders, single-game buyers, and group ticket purchasers
- Renovations included the removal of interior elevated decking, the removal and upgrade of the existing kitchen and equipment, removal and replacement of individual storefront glass systems that separate interior spaces from seating areas, and the removal of the suspended ceiling and existing carpet
- Project included the construction and up-fit of interior and exterior food and beverage stations, restroom renovations, re-routing of plumbing equipment, and upgrades to MEP and utilities
The renovation updated the fan experience to provide better viewing of the field and better service to ticketed fans.
