New City Hall brings together multiple departments to serve the community
Gilbane provided construction management at-risk services for the new City Hall building located in Palm Coast Central Park area. The building houses local government offices and consolidates city departments from five locations into one centralized facility. This small town feel incorporates a prominent clock tower that extends 20-feet above the main roof.
