Lobby renovation and expansion to modernize and upgrade Downtown Chicago lobby

Located at the highly visible intersection of Clark Street and the Chicago River, this project required extensive logistics coordination with the city to ensure pedestrian safety. In addition, all work was completed while the building remained fully operational.
