Building a new icon for the lower Manhattan Skyline

Gilbane was engaged by developer, Carmel Partners, to construct a 66-story residential Adding to Gilbane’s collection of high-rise residential projects, 19 Dutch offers new luxury apartments and amenities in lower Manhattan. Towering 66-stories, the development features rentals, affordable units, and penthouse units. This tall, slender skyscraper is completely enveloped in a curtain wall with patterned glass, creating a striking glass facade. The cast-in-place concrete structure features a cantilever over an adjacent building on the eighth floor.
