First market-rate rental Residential Tower in the City of Newark in more than 50 years
Construction of a new, 267,000-SF market-rate apartment building with 168-units. The 21-story, luxury apartment building features one, two, and three bedrooms with modern amenities and finishes. This urban community boasts a list of amenities, both indoors and out. A co-working lounge is available for those residents who work remotely. The design team created a green space on the sky deck, which includes entertainment.
