Gilbane was recently selected by the School District of Philadelphia to partner in the completion of the Northeast Community Propel Academy, a K-8 school adjacent to the historic and bucolic Pennypack Park. We are honored to have developed academic spaces that will foster collaborative learning and reinforce the connection to the park’s natural environment within a densely urban area of the city.
