Gilbane has been a trusted partner to in buildingny significant landmarks and attractions that have catapulted Cleveland’s growth. These additions to the city include the Cleveland Museum of Art Campus Expansion and Renovation, the MetroHealth Critical Care Pavilion Vertical Expansion, and The Lumen at Playhouse Square. We are proud to contribute to transforming the City of Cleveland and the surrounding area with work on exciting projects like the Cleveland Clinic Innovation District, the Sherwin-Williams Company IPD projects, Kent State University’s Crawford Hall College of Business and Entrepreneurship, Van Aken District Phase 2, and the University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center Phase 2 project.

From its inception in 2010 as the M/WBE & Veteran Contractor Training Program to its recent incarnation as Gilbane Rising Contractors, we remain steadfast in our commitment to building a strong and inclusive workforce and industry, providing education, mentorship, and support to grow the capacity of disadvantaged businesses in Cleveland and across the country. We are actively involved with numerous who organizations that share our commitment to building our Cleveland community, including the Urban League of Greater Cleveland, the Spanish American Committee, and Cleveland Builds and more.
