From the project’s inception, Gilbane was involved with the site selection and providing broad programming and construction management services to Foxconn for 3 years. This scope included site selection support, facilitating the land acquisition and the design processes, representing the client in numerous inter-agency government coordination meetings, and presenting at 39 outreach and information sessions to over 4,000 participants across the state.

Realizing a need in the Wisconsin construction industry for industry-specific professional training and education, Gilbane created an innovative workforce training program in partnership with trade contractors, unions, local and state governments, and local educational providers.
