The Standard at New Brunswick provides off-campus housing for students near Rutgers University. Gilbane provided construction management services for the new construction of the 303,480-SF, 21-story mixed-use housing and retail facility. The new high rise includes 186 student apartments, with 682 bedrooms, and a three-level parking garage accommodating 111 spaces. Located on the main level are commercial, office, and retail spaces. Enclosed amenity space is located on the top floor along with two roof decks.
