New office building consolidates multiple locations into central facility
Gilbane provided Program and Construction Management Services for the Solano Transportation Authority (STA) from the initial feasibility study through the programming, procurement of the design-builder, and construction phases of the project. The project consolidated STA’s operations into a single location for ease of public access as well as provided additional program space needed to operate efficiently.
