The newly renovated third floor at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino expands the entertainment and dining offerings for current and future guests while elevating Potawatomi’s status as the premier entertainment destination in the region. This project highlights the city’s continued investment to better the surrounding community.
Project Overview
- The 125,000-SF project creates new gaming, food, and entertainment experiences, including 1,800 slot machine stations, new restaurant and retail spaces, and an array of sophisticated technology and high-end finishes
- New construction included the expansion of gaming areas and associated support spaces
- Rock & Brews Restaurant, Street Eats Café, and associated kitchen spaces, coffee shop, gift shop, corridors/connectors and supporting office space for a transformation of Potawatomi’s guest experiences
- Comprehensive renovations included complete upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, and associated systems, restrooms, existing corridors, and skybridge
- All work was performed around the hotel/casino’s 24/7 operation on a fast-tracked schedule with challenging conditions related to safety and logistics
