Gilbane provided construction management services for the selective demolition and interior building improvements of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) operational areas along with the supporting space within Cruise Terminals 2, 3 and 6.
Project Overview
- The supporting space includes open office, laboratory, dog kennel, communication, information technology systems and secured hold and weapons storage rooms
- Construction will include support infrastructure and installation of five new passenger escalators
- Cruise terminal improvements were performed in two phases during the cruise off-season
