Project Overview

  • Renovation of several unaccompanied enlisted housing buildings and four additional buildings
  • Conversion of the current double-occupancy permanent party housing units and renovation of the common areas such as multipurpose spaces, shared kitchens, vending areas, shared laundries, and other miscellaneous support spaces
  • Performed new layout alterations, including plumbing, air conditioning, and ventilation, lighting and electrical power, telecommunications, life safety and fire protection improvements, elevator installation, and emergency generator installation
  • Seismic structural alterations to all buildings
  • Hazardous materials abatement, contaminated soil removal, and Munitions and Explosives of Concern/Unexploded Ordnance clearance
