Gilbane provided construction management services for two new senior living facilities part of a national program of Omega Communities which is developing a collection of 50-senior living communities to be owned and operated over the next several years. Each senior living facility meets South Florida Building Code guidelines. Built with high impact glass and emergency back-up power for all life systems as well as the ability to withstand 170-mph winds.

Gilbane saved the owner thousands of dollars in appliances, flooring, landscaping and structural changes resulting in over $500,000 in Value Engineering savings.
