Relocating headquarters and establishing an operations center in Charlotte, NC
We programmed, designed, and fully reconfigured an existing building in Charlotte to accommodate GD|ATP’s administrative headquarters group, which was relocating from Burlington, VT. To meet GD|ATP’s capitalization strategy, we re-positioned two of its under-utilized buildings in Burlington, by purchasing and leasing back space to the company. In North Carolina, we transformed an existing warehouse into a sophisticated engineering and technology center for manufacturing composites. This facility accommodated operations that were relocated from the Florida location.
