Gilbane has provided construction management services to the East Side Union High School District since 2015
Gilbane provided construction management services for multiple high school campuses across the 26-school district. Each school underwent seismic and utility upgrades, as well as programmatic changes to align with a transforming learning environment. Projects include classroom renovations, conversions, and new construction, as well as reconfiguring open and quad spaces for flexible programming.

- Highlights include James Lick High School Modernization, District Wide Staff Augmentation – Infrastructure and Site Utilities and the Silver Creek New Classroom Building K J & T Modernization projects
